Fizz Me Up

45ml Vodka
15ml Elderflower Liqueur
30ml Passionfruit Juice
15ml Monin Gomme
1 Egg White
Soda Water
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Peychaud's Bitters (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into a highball glass. Top up the glass with the soda water and add garnishes.

Vanilla Toffe
Toffee Coated Vanilla Bean (for Garnish)

Muddle the toffee in a mixing glass, add the vodka and stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass and add garnish.

30ml Guava Nectar
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Lemon Zest (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a tea cup. Add garnish.

30ml Gin
15ml Maraschino Liqueur
40ml Delgado Zuleta 'La Goya' Manzanilla
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Pineapple Gum Syrup
5 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Maraschino Cherries (for Garnish)
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the Angostura Bitters and strain into a beer stein filled with Maraschino cherries. Top up with the bitters and add the mint sprig.

6-8 Mint Leaves
Soda Water
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Rosemary Sprig (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the soda water into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Top up the glass with the soda water and add garnishes.
