60ml Rum
10ml Lillet Blanc
1 Barspoon of Rose's Breakfast Marmalade
Half a Barspoon of Lemon Juice
5ml Vanilla Syrup
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a coupette glass. Add garnish.

100ml French Champagne
2 Scoops of Passionfruit Purée

60ml Vodka
30ml Lime Juice
5cm Cucumber
15ml Sugar Syrup
5ml Absinthe
Salt

Rim a coupette glass with the salt, muddle the cucumber in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients, shake and strain into a coupette glass.

40ml Cocoa Butter Infused Vodka
10ml Caol Ila
15ml Vanilla Yoghurt
10ml Lemon Juice
15ml Egg White
10ml Sugar
Passionfruit Pulp
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Dry shake the ingredients, add ice and shake again. Strain ingredients into a rocks glass and add garnish.
