El Smoko Loco

50ml Ilegal Mezcal Reposado
15ml Aperol
10ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
20ml Lime Juice
3 Dashes of Bittermen's Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
10ml Crawley's Agave Syrup
1 Dash of Egg White
60ml Rio Bravo Lager
Orange Wedge (for Garnish)

Dry shake the ingredients, add ice and shake again. Strain into a highball glass and add garnish.

Nova Scotia Fluff


50ml Whiskey
10ml Red Wine
10ml Lavender Honey
25ml Lemon Juice
1 Dash of Rhubarb Bitters
1 Egg White
Cascade Cranberry
Edible Flower (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the Cascade Cranberry and strain into a highball glass. Top up the glass with the Cascade Cranberry and add garnish.

La Louisiana

5ml Absinthe
20ml Rye Whiskey
20ml Sweet Vermouth
20ml Bénédictine
2 or 3 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
Maraschino Cherries Speared Onto A Toothpick (for Garnish)

Use the absinthe to coat a rocks glass and discard any excess. Sir the remaining ingredients in a mixing glass and strain into the rocks glass. Add garnish.
