Hola Mamacita

40ml Reposado Tequila
20ml Alizé Gold
10ml Ginger Syrup
20ml Passionfruit Puree
2 or 3 Lime Leaves
Cinnamon Sugar
Ginger Slices (for Garnish)

Prepare a double rocks glass with half a rim of cinnamon sugar, then press the lime leaves in the shaker, add the rest of the ingredients and shake and free strain into the glass. Add garnish.

The Green Beast

150ml Absinthe
100ml Lemon Juice
100ml Elderflower Cordial
1000ml Chilled Water
12 to 15 Cucumber Slices
Cucumber Slices (for Garnish)
Lemon Slices (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into a absinthe fountain or punch bowl and add two scoops of ice. Stir well to combine flavours. When the drink is put into a glass to be drunk, add garnishes.

20ml Rosemary Infused Syrup
1 Egg White

45ml Ultimat Vodka
120ml Bloody Mary Mix
10ml Lemon Juice
A Pinch of Celery Salt
Celery Stick (for Garnish)

Cracked Black Pepper (for Garnish)
