4 or 5 Mint Leaves
75ml Gin
Mint Sprig
Muddle the wedges, sugar and leaves well in a mixing glass. Ass ice and gin and shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, adding the mint sprig as garnish.

2 or 3 Teaspoons of Granulated Sugar
6 to 8 Mint Leaves
75ml Gin
Soda Water
3 Mint Sprigs
In a mixing glass muddle wedges, sugar and leaves until sugar is dissolved, juice is extracted and mint is thoroughly integrated into the juice. Add ice and gin and shake and strain into ice-filled Collins glass. Top up with soda water and garnish with sprigs.
