Amaretto Apricot Flip

30ml Amaretto
20ml Dessert Wine
1 Tablespoon of Apricot Jam
1 Egg Yolk
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Smoked Almonds (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a wine glass. Add garnish.
