45ml Reposado Tequila
10ml Simple Syrup
5ml Maraschino Liqueur
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Small Chunk of Pineapple
45ml Sparkling Wine
Orange Twist (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the sparkling wine and strain into a large cocktail glass. Top up with the wine and add garnish.
