The Chicago

20ml Brandy
20ml Orange Curaçao
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Sparkling White Wine
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the wine and strain into a coupe glass. Top up with the wine and add garnish.
