You Think I Ain't Worth A Dollar But I Feel Like A Whiskey And Pear

Half A Pear Cut Into Chunks
2 Teaspoons of Redcurrant Jam
60ml Bourbon
4 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons of Sugar Syrup

Muddle the pear chunks with the jam in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into an old fashioned glass.
