Angostura Bitter Sweet Symphony

1 Brown Sugar Cube
3 Drops of Angostura Bitters
30ml Grand Marnier
Champagne
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the champagne into a champagne flute and briefly stir. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
