The Ghost of Tom Collins

60ml Gin
30ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Lemon Juice
120ml Soda Water
Lemon Wedge (for Garnish)
Black Cherry (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnishes.
