Cucumber Gin Spritz

30ml Gin
15ml Sugar Syrup
125ml Dry Prosecco
Soda Water
2 Cucumber Ribbons (for Garnish)

Shake the gin and syrup and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Top up with the prosecco and soda water and add garnish.
