30ml Pisco
2 Teaspoons of Sugar Syrup
2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
120ml Soda Water
2 Dashes of Peach Bitters
Lemon Wedge (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into a Collins glass and gently stir. Add garnish.
