Mint Martini

60ml Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
10ml Crème de Menthe
6 Mint Leaves (3 For Garnish)

Muddle the crème de menthe and the mint leaves in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients, shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
