Bitter French

30ml Plymouth Gin
10ml Campari
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Dry Champagne
Grapefruit Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the champagne and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
