1 Dash of Absinthe
In Season Berries (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into an old fashioned glass with one ice cube. Add garnish.

30ml Rye Whisky
30ml Dry Vermouth
30ml Campari
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Add garnish.

Coronation

60ml Brandy
3 Dashes of Curaçao
1 Dash of Peppermint Cordial
1 Dash of Peach Bitters

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Ring of Fireball

15ml Absinthe
15ml ice cold Kümmel
15ml Goldschläger

Float ingredients in given order into a shot glass.

Cold Deck

60ml Brandy
30ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml White Crème de Menthe

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Blue Heaven

60ml Vodka
30ml Blue Curaçao
150ml Lemonade

Shake the vodka and curaçao and strain into a highball glass. Top up with the lemonade.

Southern Comfortably Numb

60ml Southern Comfort
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Maple Syrup
Champagne
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the champagne and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the champagne.
