20ml Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup

Rim a highball glass with the lime wedge and sea salt flakes, fill the rimmed glass with ice, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into the rimmed glass. Add garnish.

The Wind Cries Bloody Mary

60ml Vodka
1 Dash of Lemon Juice
2 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
Tomato Juice
Half A Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
Salt And Pepper
Celery Stalk (for Garnish)
Cherry Tomato (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into a highball glass, topping up with the tomato juice, and stir. Add garnishes.

Matador

60ml Blanco Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Pineapple Juice
1 and a Half Teaspoons of Green Chartreuse
1 Teaspoon of Agave Nectar
Dehydrated Pineapple Slice (for Garnish)
Dehydrated Lime Wheel (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Add garnishes.

60ml Bourbon
1 Teaspoon of Sugar Syrup
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Orange Wheel (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled old fashioned glass and stir. Add garnish.

Hibiscus Highball

60ml Cabeza Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Hibiscus Syrup
Soda Water
Edible Flower (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled highball glass, topping up with the soda water, and gently stir. Add garnish.

My Gin-eration

8 Raspberries (1 for Garnish)
8 Blueberries (1 for Garnish)
1-2 Dashes of Strawberry Syrup
120ml Gin
4 Teaspoons of lemon Juice
Soda Water
Lemon Slice (for Garnish)

Muddle the berries with the syrup in a highball glass, add the gin and juice, stir well and stop up with the soda water. Add garnishes.

50ml Quiquiriqui Matatlan Mezcal
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Agave Nectar
3 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
Dehydrated Banana Crisp (for Garnish)

Rim a rocks glass with the lime wedge and sea salt flakes, blend the remaining ingredients and pour into the rimmed glass. Add garnish.
