30ml Gold Tequila
1 Tablespoon of Cointreau
180ml Cranberry Juice
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an ice filled highball glass and stir. Add garnish.

Castor Sugar
45ml Brandy
30ml Cherry Liqueur
1 Teaspoon of Triple Sec
1 Teaspoon of Grenadine
15ml Lemon Juice

Rim a cocktail glass with the castor sugar, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into the rimmed glass.

Border Crossing

45ml Gold Tequila
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Honey
4 Dashes of Orange Bitters
90ml Dry Ginger Ale
Blueberries (for Garnish)
Lime Wedge (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the ale and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the ale and add garnishes.

Royal Flush

30ml Cherry Brandy
150ml Ginger Ale
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into a tall glass and gently stir. Add garnish.

Paddy's Night

30ml Green Crème de Menthe
30ml Irish Whiskey
Champagne

Shake the crème de menthe and whiskey and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the champagne.

Judgement Day

75ml Vodka
15ml Cherry Brandy
15ml Brandy

Shake ingredients and strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass.

Gorgeous Grace

30ml Brandy
15ml Cointreau
Champagne
