Brandy Collins

60ml Brandy
30ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
Soda Water
Orange Slice (for Garnish)

Shake the brandy, juice and sugar and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
