60ml Don Julio 1942 Tequila
1 Teaspoon of Agave Nectar
2 Dashes of Absinthe
3 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
Lemon Zest

Stir all ingredients but the zest and strain into a rocks glass. Squeeze the zest above the glass and discard it.
