Scotch Solace

30ml Scotch
5ml Honey
15ml Cointreau
150ml Milk
30ml Cream
2.5ml of Grated Orange Peel

Build the scotch, honey and Cointreau into an ice filled highball and stir until the honey is dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients.
