20ml Peppermint Schnapps
45ml Light Rum
30ml Lime Juice
120ml Lemon Juice
15ml Light Cream
2 Teaspoons of Castor Sugar

Blend all ingredients but the schnapps and pour into a daiquiri glass. Top up with the schnapps.
