Ginger Chan

45ml Ginger Infused Sake
15ml Lime Juice
30ml Apple Juice
6 Mint Leaves
5ml Ginger Beer

Shake all ingredients but the ginger beer and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the ginger beer.
