Maestro Collins

60ml London Dry Gin
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
60ml Soda Water

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an old fashioned glass. Top up with the soda water.
