American Rose

45ml Brandy
Half A Teaspoon of Pernod
1 Teaspoon of Grenadine
90ml Champagne
Peach Slice (for Garnish)

Shake the brandy, Pernod and grenadine and strain into a wine glass. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
