Pierre Collins

60ml Cognac
30ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Castor Sugar
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Soda

Shake all ingredients but the soda and strain into a Collins glass. Top up with the cola and gently stir.
