Pizzicato Passage

30ml Amontillado Sherry
30ml Meletti Amaro
15ml Ancho Chile Liqueur
15ml London Dry Gin
Candied Ginger (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Add garnish.
