Blackberry Cobbler

6-7 Blackberries (2 for Garnish)
15ml Simple Syrup
105ml Amontillado Sherry
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)

Muddle the blackberries in a Collins glass with the simple syrup. Top up with the sherry and gently stir. Add garnishes.
