Elephant Sloe Gin Fizz

50ml Elephant Sloe Gin
15ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
2 Dashes of Lavender Syrup
Soda Water

Dry shake all ingredients but the soda water, add ice and shake again. Strain into a highball glass and top up with the soda water.
