Yellow Rose of Tipperary

30ml Bailey's Irish Cream
30ml Irish Whiskey
15ml Cream
15ml Yellow Chartreuse

Blend all ingredients but the chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float the chartreuse.
