Sage Advice

60ml White Rum
30ml Lime Juice
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
20ml Sugar Syrup
4 Garden Sage Leaves
5ml Dry Sparkling White Wine

Shake all ingredients but the wine and strain into a coupe glass. Top up with the wine.
