Primrose Fizz

4 Mint Leaves
4 Teaspoons of Elderflower Liqueur
30ml Apple Juice
120ml Champagne
Apple Slice (for Garnish)

Bruise the leaves and add them to a wine glass. Build the remaining ingredients into the glass and stir. Add garnish.
