Shady Grove

45ml Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
Ginger Ale
3 Pieces of Ginger (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the ginger ale and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the ginger ale. Add garnish.
