Merry Go Round Cocktail

45ml Rye Whiskey
20ml Yellow Chartreuse
20ml Dry Vermouth
20ml Lemon Juice
Lemon Wheel (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
