Waltzing Matilda

60ml Dry White Wine
30ml Gin
30ml Passionfruit Nectar
2 Dashes of Orange Curaçao
Soda Water

Shake all ingredients but the wine and soda water and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the wine and soda water.
