Frozen Bikini

30ml Vodka
3 Teaspoons of Peach Schnapps
30ml Peach Nectar
90ml Sparkling White Wine
Strawberry (for Garnish)

Blend all ingredients but the wine with ice and pour into a champagne flute. Top up with the wine. Add garnish.
