Elder Fashion Royale

45ml Plymouth Gin
15ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
Champagne
Grapefruit Twist (for Garnish)

Stir all ingredients but the champagne and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
