Boomin' Granny

45ml Cognac
30ml Apple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Acacia Honey Syrup
Champagne
Granny Smith Apple Slice (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the champagne and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
