Stick The Landing

30ml Cognac
30ml Irish Whiskey
1 Teaspoon of Peach Liqueur
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Cane Sugar
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Shake ingredients and strain into a coupe glass.
