The Queen's Cousin

30ml Vodka
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon of Triple Sec
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Sparkling Wine

Shake all ingredients but the wine and strain into a wine glass. Top up with the wine.
