Sake Highball

90ml Sake
10ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
Soda Water
Lemon Slice (fo Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the soda water into an ice filled highball glass and stir well. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
