Seersucker

2 Strawberries (1 for Garnish)
60ml White Rum
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Cinnamon Bark Syrup

Muddle the strawberry, add the remaining ingredients and shake briefly. Strain into a crushed ice filled pilsner glass and add garnish.
