60ml London Dry Gin
20ml Punt E Mes
20ml Cynar
1 Teaspoon of Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

Muddle the grapefruit twist in a mixing glass, add the remaining ingredients and stir. Strain into a coupe glass.
