3 Kaffir Lime Leaves (1 for Garnish)
60ml Gin
10ml Velvet Falernum
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Orgeat Syrup

Muddle the leaves in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a coupe glass and add garnish.
