Morning Glory Fizz

1 Dash of Lemon Juice
Half a Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
1 Egg White
2 Dashes of Absinthe
60ml Scotch
Soda Water

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an old fashioned glass. Top up with the soda water.
