Blackberry Barfly

5 Blackberries
Half A Teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
30ml Sloe Gin
Prosecco

Muddle the blackberries and vinegar in a shaker. Add gin, shake and strain into an old fashioned glass. Top up with the Prosecco.
