Deshler Cocktail

20ml Canadian Whisky
20ml Dubonnet
2 Dashes of Cointreau
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)
Orange Peel (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnishes.
