75ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
20ml Gin
20ml Aperol
Prosecco
Grapefruit Twist (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the Prosecco into an ice filled Collins glass and stir. Top up with the prosecco, gently stir and add garnish.
