Strawberry Fix

60ml Bourbon
2 Quartered Strawberries
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
Strawberry (for Garnish)

Muddle the strawberries in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients, shake and strain into a crushed ice filled old fashioned glass. Add garnish.
