Silver Fox

45ml Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Orgeat Syrup
1 Egg White
Soda Water
15ml Amaretto

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and amaretto and strain into a highball glass. Top up with the soda water and float the amaretto.
