JFK Harris

60ml White Rum
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
10-12 Mint Leaves
5ml Red Wine

Shake all ingredients but the wine with vigour and double strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Float the wine on top.
